Dear Journal,

Today I spent the day wandering around Chicago. Surprisingly it's not all that different from my Chicago, but there are some minor differences. Like the whole angels-demons-falling-through-a-rift-in-time-and-space thing. But other than that, just like home.

I'm still not sure how this managed to happen. Usually on TV a rift in time and space is usually shown as a giant gaping whole or a swirling vortex or something. Instead it was just one minute you're here, the next you're not. It's almost vaguely disappointing.

I also miss Gus. Gus, if you can read this -- go towards the swirling Vortex of Doom, dude! Go towards the light! Other than that, things have been rather uneventful. Let's hope things start looking up tomorrow.
